iYogi services are great. I have had their service for 2 years. The best part is that whenever I get any technical issue fixed by them, they always do a follow-up call. It feels great to know that I have a backup.

iYogi customer service reps are knowledgeable and amiable. But they have a very heavy Indian accent. So, whenever I call them for assistance, I use a chat tool for communicating.

My computer was really slow. I downloaded many free versions of antivirus programs but they didn't work out. Last month I bought an antivirus program from iYogi. The tech installed it and scanned my PC. This software found over 2000 viruses. He also cleaned the computer and optimized it to a better condition. It's good software for a reasonable price.

My PC was slow, so I was looking for a tech support company to make it faster. I searched for it on web and contacted the first number that came up, which was iyogi. The tech was amiable and quickly understood the issue. Though it took 2 hours to optimize my PC, he did a great job indeed.

Few days back, I called up iYogi technicians for regular maintenance of my PC. The tech guy asked me to instal thel iYogi support dock software for better management of my PC. Without any second thought, I asked the tech guy to install the software on my PC. Support Dock has really changed the life of my PC. Now, I don't come across any speed or performance issue in my PC.
